Welcome to the Expectation Landscapes website.

I set up Expectation Landscapes in 2000 after training at the highly acclaimed Merrist Wood College in Garden design and construction. I totally enjoyed my time at the college, especially exhibiting at the Chelsea flower show.

I specialise in garden design, construction and paving and you will see from my portfolio the range of projects undertaken, some small, consisting of basic paving work, others requiring the total design and makeover of the garden. 

I have also been a regular contributor to Ground Force Magazine, click here to see my features - you'll see the same old boots in all the pictures - mine! And they'd be on site on a daily basis if I was to work on your garden.   

Please take a look at my portfolio to see the quality of workmanship and range of projects I've undertaken.  Many of the projects you'll see here are quite extensive, don't be put off as I do undertake small jobs as well.

Many people enjoy working in their garden but lack the confidence and knowledge to make their ideas a realitiy. If  you are looking for inspiration and would just like help planning your garden I can  undertake a design consultation and draw up plans for you to work from (with prices starting from £150). Then I'll be at the end of a telephone line to give you some advice if you need it.
